These are not just paid actors or written quotes on a page that could be forged by anyone, but these are our actual clients and trades and contractors that have done many transactions with us in some cases. They will often order the wrong number of materials and cost the supplier extra money for having to run multiple trips to deliver all the materials that are needed when it should’ve only taken one trip with an accurate count of materials. Our team of estimators is very capable of creating the right list with the right materials that need to be delivered on the right day. We manage a very regimented calendar and schedule with our suppliers to make sure that the materials that we request show up on the right day with the right count. Whenever you hire a home builder Park city Utah, you expect the material counts to be accurate as well because if we order too much material and it gets returned, there is a cost for the return in that cost gets passed on to the consumer. If there is not enough material supplied or ordered, then there is an extra cost to that supplier, and that cost also gets passed on to the consumer, which is not to your advantage.
