Depending on what year or what season you are shopping for a home this page will obviously change overtime quite considerably as some communities come to completion and others are just beginning. We have found that most communities go through a lifecycle of activity. At the beginning of any new community, nobody really wants to be the very first person to move into the neighborhood. After all, it typically looks like a lot of dirt with a couple of roads leading to nowhere. Nobody wants to be the first one or the first few to live in a neighborhood. as the community slowly begins to get its traction more and more people find it acceptable to purchase there. Typically phase, one of a development doesn’t see all of the amenities built at that time because there’s no need for them with a small population. But as the community goes on more and more of the amenities are built to accommodate the rising population in the neighborhood and to also help offset the costs of putting those amenities in.
